Banquet for Fools — Patch 1.01

Patch 1.01 for Banquet for Fools addresses several gameplay and controller issues. The fix ensures the "last meal" intercession works correctly without being blocked by armor. Naming a character "ghost" no longer causes problems and is retroactively corrected for existing characters. Controller settings menu navigation and slider selection boxes have been improved, and a bug allowing players to kick heavier fallen logs from incorrect directions has been resolved. The credits have also been updated.
