Bobo Bay — Patch 0.8

Patch 0.8 for Bobo Bay adjusts E and D rank races by making them easier and increasing stat potential rewards, including more potential earned for participation and losses. Forest bobos can now spawn with some level-up progress, and on-foot races during excursions are less frequent. Several UI improvements address issues with cellphone captures, 4K resolution letter display, and controller input, including better Switch Pro controller support. Additional fixes include correcting collider problems and adjusting brawl behavior for lazy bobos.
