Data Center — Patch 0.44

Patch 0.44 for Data Center improves CPU performance through better handling of packet spawners and a centralized system for breaking co-routines. Packet rendering has also been optimized for smoother gameplay. The time format in save files has been changed to 24-hour format, and loading save file names now performs more efficiently. Additionally, a fix ensures that there is always at least one customer assigned, preventing mismatches with base types.
