Drop Command

Patch 9.03 for Drop Command increases the base volume of player-fired weapons by 25% and adds a three-second delay before the mission end countdown begins. The update fixes a major AI bug that caused units to ignore nearby targets and resolves issues that could cause soft locks when refitting units without weapons. Visual effects for explosions now properly return to the object pool when not seen by the player. Additionally, overheat and shutdown sounds have been refined to play only in appropriate situations and to avoid repetition.
