Mr. President

Patch 0.3.0 for Mr. President introduces a new action segment for the President and Cabinet members during turns. Several gameplay fixes address issues with war mechanics involving Rogue States, including proper adjustments to terror groups and cyber attacks, as well as enabling joint raids with NATO in East Europe. UI improvements resolve card display bugs, update war strength visuals, and correct resolution handling in windowed mode. Performance optimizations reduce CPU usage when the game is unfocused, and various tooltip and text fixes improve clarity. A crash reporter has also been added to assist with identifying game stability issues.
