Tavern Keeper 🍻 — Patch 0.70.13

Patch 0.70.13 for Tavern Keeper improves clarity by adding a red overlay to indicate rooms staff are banned from and updates side dish display logic to hide out-of-stock items from the tavern menu. The missing ingredient message now shows precise quantities needed versus available. Disabling a soup in the menu no longer removes it from an active soup pot. Additionally, Steam Deck and Big Picture mode now attempt to use the Steam keyboard for input, with context menus displaying keybinding visuals. The update also fixes issues with decoration scaling not updating in real time and incorrect tooltip data in tavern logs.
