Summary (AI)
Underboard patch 1.0.7 introduces a new player command feature, allowing more precise control over characters by targeting specific enemies during combat. Two new passive spells have been added to grant player commands during exploration. The Burning Soul status effect from Horizon now reduces damage by 33%. A bug causing characters with multiple taunts to stop attacking has been fixed. The developers note ongoing pathfinding improvements and plan a smaller follow-up patch before working on a larger content update.
Tip: expand all for quick scanning.
- Once you have player commands available, you'll be able to spend them during combats to first select one of your characters, and then select an enemy character. A command will be consumed and your character will then focus that enemy until they no longer can reach them or attack them, so this tipically means until the enemy dies. Commands are fully recovered after each combat, so you can freely use them like your Mana.
- The player commands are meant as a complementary method to control your characters. You still need to take positioning into account before combat starts, but during combat you'll be able to use your commands to manually direct your characters to focus specific enemies. This is especially useful for enemies that would be hard to focus solely via positioning.
- We still want to do one more small patch after this one to address multiple small pieces of feedback, including some bug fixes too. You can expect the next patch soon.
- That's it for now, have fun in the Underboard!
