Wanderburg — Patch 0.9.8

Wanderburg 0.9.8 fixes the Ballista enemy vehicle's wheel animation and corrects a typo in the UI. The update introduces safety measures targeting the Agent 0 health agent bug and the Spider player vehicle loadout freeze, requesting player feedback to confirm their effectiveness. An alternative controller driving style has been added for players to test and provide input. Additionally, nitro regeneration now begins 0.5 seconds after boosting to reduce exploitative boost-spamming, and overtime mortar projectiles have a faster, consistent flight time.
