WindStop Strategy — Patch 0.12

In patch 0.12 for WindStop Strategy, the issue causing the custom order of the character details list to reset when saving cross-slot files has been fixed. A new display switch option has been added to the game settings menu, enabling multi-monitor switching directly in-game. These changes improve both usability and display management.
