Thank you for all the bug reports - we're actively working on solving the save issue some players are having. It's absolutely critical and highest priority for us.
It's a nightmare for any team to have such an issue be missed in our quality assurance testing, and we're a tiny team. We appreciate your patience with this, we want to deliver the best experience possible.
Because the saving issue doesn't happen consistently it's very hard to test and reproduce, which is the biggest challenge for us.
The best course of action to help us diagnose it if it reoccurs is adding more debugging logs, so any bug reports sent will give us more detailed info on what's happening.
