Version 1.1.0 of Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis introduces expanded sorting and searching options for songs, along with the ability to adjust note speed during gameplay. Players can now fine-tune audio sync on a per-song basis and control more areas using only the keyboard. Volume settings for story and rhythm sections have been separated, and the rhythm game start animation can be skipped. Additional features include a judgment distribution display and new unhinged posts from the ongoing submission campaign, alongside various minor bug fixes.
